Ivan Vargas Castillo

My name is Ivan Alexander Vargas Castillo, and I am studing Business Administration at the Autonomous University of Baja California (UABC).

I was very inspired to pursue my education by my cousins since they are professionals in the area of administration and have a great future. I chose this career because I was struck by the ways and methods that teachers use to teach and not only that, also understand and study what factors influence learning and the way you relate to others.

For me it is a great blessing to obtain this scholarship, thanks to it I can pay for my tuition and get a place closer to my school to be able to continue studying, since it is difficult for me to get to school.

My dreams for the future are to become independent and specialize in an area that is related to Hospital Administration because I want to help the people of these institutions. In class, the subject Introduction to Accounting and Ethics, Human Rights and Social Responsibility catches my attention, because it talks a lot about handling accounts and the other is related to the human environment. I am excited by the idea of working with professionals from other categories and to gain more professional experience.

I am very grateful for the support of my parents since thanks to them I am in a great university, I hope to move forward, achieve my goal, make the family proud and obtain my university degree.
